The Owners

Owner

​Owners John and Deb Brooks have been married for 47 years.  They met while they were both serving in the Marines in the mid 70's.  They are committed to providing an excellent experience with top notch food, superb drinks and excellent servers.

 

​Deb Brooks has her bachelor’s in nursing and has devoted most of her adult life to healthy living. Deb worked tirelessly with our interior designer to come up with the right look and feel for JB’s Steakhouse. Deb is proud of her five successful kids, spouses, and fourteen grandkids. ​

John Brooks is a Business Broker and a serial entrepreneur. JB’s Steakhouse is the third restaurant he has owned and the 14th business he has been a part of. John is very proud to bring a fine-dining experience to Crawford County and the surrounding area.  As a Business Broker, John has been involved in over a dozen restaurant transactions.  This knowledge and experience have caused him to be laser-focused on:  cleanliness, ambiance, quality, & presentation.

Our beef, pork and seafood are all the highest quality that can be purchased today. All of our meals are cooked to order and our sauces, soups, desserts, and signature bread are all made in-house. Our wine menu is ever evolving, and our bourbon list is extensive.
